- Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits.
- Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
- How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
For non-member orders, be sure to write down the order number and approval number (when paying by card) in step 6.
However, if you are a member, it is automatically saved, so you do not need to manage it separately.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card
- Union pay
- Shipping Method : Parcel Service
- Shipping Area : A Region.
- Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
- Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
- Delivery period is within 3–5 days of payment confirmation, and may be extended or shortened due to factory, fabric, or customer's situation. (Weekends and holidays are excluded from the delivery period.)
- ARCH THE is a self-made product and we manufacture it on a 1:1 order base. Therefore, it can be extended for another 1-2 weeks if it takes time to order and build.
- International shipping fee
- Customs Duties
- The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
- In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns & Exchanges
- ARCH THE is a self-manufactured product and produces products on a 1:1 order basis.
- Due to the nature of the product, it cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a problem with the product.
(This content is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Commission. At the time of purchase, it is deemed to have been agreed and withdrawal (refund request) is restricted.)
- Orders that have already been sent cannot be changed or canceled, so please order carefully.
We accept return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.
(1) Exchanges and refunds are only available if received within 24 hours from the date of receipt. (Products sent unilaterally without prior registration will be returned.)
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email.
(3) When you send the product, please send it as it is received. If the value of the product is lost due to signs of use or removal of tags, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
* Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
* Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
We do not accept return(s) if:
- you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- the products are damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request is not approved by our staff
- If it is difficult to resell after the exchange period has elapsed, (You must send the product within 14 days of receipt.)
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
* Depending on the resolution of the monitor, please understand that there may be a difference of 1 to 2 cm depending on the color measurement standard of the same color as you see on the screen.
* Stitching parts/patterns that can be stored during the product process are not treated as defective.
If there is a missing item from your order:
* Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
- In case of refund, we will refund the refund amount after confirming the return collection.
- For credit card payment, please note that depending on the credit card company used, it may differ by 2-5 business days. (Holidays are excluded.)
- If you paid by credit card, the credit card authorization is canceled and you will not be charged for the payment. (However, if payment can be charged on the payment date of the credit card on the payment date of the credit card, in this case, a refund will be processed by the billing card company in the following month.)
